In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed SOW/agreement, the SOW/agreement will prevail for that engagement.

For client projects, ownership and licensing of deliverables (including source code, designs, and other work product) will be explicitly defined in the applicable SOW or contract. Unless stated otherwise, Bramhi Tech retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.
Where applicable, fees for services will be outlined in a signed proposal, SOW, or invoice. Payment terms, milestones, and late payment consequences will be specified in that document. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, business, or technical information shared during the course of an engagement, except where disclosure is required by law. Detailed confidentiality obligations, if required, will be addressed via a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Our website or Services may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools (e.g., analytics, hosting, cloud infrastructure). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.
The Services and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, Bramhi Tech makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website or Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.
